Symetria discovered how customers of BZ WBK bank perceive poster ads

Symetria carried out scientific research of noticeability and the ways of perceiving visual information by the customers of the BZ WBK bank.

Symetria tested:
  • advertising production noticeability ("did the user look at the ad?"),
  • advertising attractiveness ("how long did the user's attention focus on the ad?").

Symetria also tested how people memorize visual information. Due to poster advertising benchmarking, we could choose the best, the most attractive and memorized poster. Eye tracking studies gave us knowledge how to change the place of the www location address and call center number, to make them less distracting. Constant and regular research examination and analysis as well as giving recommendations, makes it possible for the bank to adjust even better the structure of services and the tools of electronic banking to clients' requirements.
